Who builds Anusuya Workspace?
Vinay Enterprises, an IT infrastructure and cybersecurity company in Ahmedabad, India, operating since 1993 and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Is it actually being used, or is it a prototype?
It runs in production. Vinay Enterprises runs its own people, customers and books on it, including payroll. See how we run it in production.
What does it cover?
HR, payroll, CRM and accounting in one system for Indian businesses, together with the joins between them. Read about the product.
Can it run more than one legal entity?
Yes. It was built that way from the start, because Vinay Enterprises operates more than one and needed one workspace across both.
Is it built for Indian statutory requirements?
Yes. GST and e-invoicing on the books side, and provident fund, employee insurance, professional tax and tax deducted at source on the payroll side. These are not add-ons.
What happens when the rules change?
Statutory rates and thresholds move, sometimes twice a year. The system is maintained against those changes by the company that depends on it being right.
What happens to the records we already have?
They come across. Migrating an existing book of record is the part most projects underestimate, and it is treated as its own piece of work rather than a switch that gets flipped.
